Heather Ogilvie is a strategic advisor, executive mentor and former Group Board Strategist & CFO with extensive experience across business transformation, leadership, acquisitions and organisational growth.

Originally trained as a Chartered Accountant, Heather built her career within international manufacturing and privately owned businesses, progressing into senior board-level leadership roles focused on strategy, commercial performance and large-scale transformation.

Over more than three decades, she has worked across complex operational environments, supporting organisations through periods of growth, restructuring, transition and change. Her experience includes acquisitions, organisational simplification, leadership development and commercial strategy across UK and international markets.
